Self-complementary adeno-associated viral vector with CBh promoter followed by an empty cassette. Titer 3E+12 vg/ml. AAV2/5 serotype.
The vector was made through collaboration with investigators in the Parkinson's field and the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Vectors were produced at GeneDetect and now distributed through the UI Viral Vector Core. Vectors are provided at low cost through the Michael J. Fox Foundation to the scientific community for Parkinson's Research.
